Delivery

NEXT DAY* delivery is FREE** on all orders over £100, or on any order when you opt to collect from our store. Orders with a value of less than £100 will be charged at the following rates according to weight:

• Gift Vouchers will be dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and charged at £1.25
• Orders weighing upto 10kg will be charged at £5.20
• Orders weighing 10kg – 20kg will be charged at £6.05
• Orders weighing over 20kg will be calculated by weight.
• Furniture will be delivered by our specialist furniture delivery company and charged at £25

Please not that at present some areas of the UK are currently excluded from our free delivery option and carry a surchage, it may not be possible for us to deliver to some remote areas of the country. Details of any further incured costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

*Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered on the next working day with the exception of Vouchers which will be delivered in accordance with Royal Mail terms and furniture which will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days depending upon location.**Excludes items delivered via the 'Furniture Delivery' Option.

We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Click & Collect

Can't wait for delivery? Why not try our FREE Click & Collect service? Simply make your purchase online and collect it two hours later from our customer collection point

This service is only available from our Glazebury store Mon-Fri 8:30-5.

Returns Procedure

Returns can be made via:

• Courier - Please call us on 01942 266303 or email shopping@bents.co.uk to arrange your return. Please include or have the following details ready: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement. We will then be able to provide you with the correct information for returning the product.
• In store at Bents Garden & Home Glazebury - Simply take the delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange to the Customer Services department who will process your return.
